Richard S. Naylor | Richard Naylor was born in 1950 and lived in Delanco from 1957 to 1982. The family lived at 215 Buttonwood Street in Delanco. He enlisted in the US Navy December 1, 1985 and served aboard the USS Concord (AFS-5), a Mars-class combat stores ship, and the sub tender USS Simon Lake (AS-33), the lead ship of her class of submarine tenders based out of Charleston, South Carolina and Norfolk, Virginia. He Received a Unit Commendation and Battle E. and was discharged November 30, 1988 with the rank of SKSN.
